This project is an experimental and independent production that dialogues directly with the creative universe of the artist. In this sensorial short film, we enter a fantastic narrative, which explores the reflections of a young artist on the difficulty in establishing effective communication with the world through image.

Beyond the Short

Og Cruz a.k.a OGREEN is a self-taught film director and photographer based in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. He has a documentary approach in his language when portraying the Brazilian visual culture. He distributes his work among commercial ads, music videos and the construction of portraits. In his short career, he has signed musical projects for names such as Anitta, Baco Exu do Blues, Hiran and MC Cabelinho and also has publications in platforms like Afropunk, Vogue Brasil, Latin Spots, among others.

João M0xc4 is a Brazilian young artist, black man, self-taught, and LGBTQ+. M0xc4 reveals through his works, with painting, photography and performance, the subjectivity of an artist who has in the human body the main source of inspiration for the conception of his art.
