“Dumpster Archeology” by Dustie Carter

The world's first "Dumpster Archeologist', Lew Blink, takes us on a journey through dimly lit alleyways, offering a look into our materialistic values and how we conceal aspects of our lives. He guides us to reflect on the human experience, privacy, and the narratives embedded within the objects tossed into the trash.

FROM THR DIRECTOR

As I set out to capture Lew Blink's story, I realized that a conventional approach would not suffice. I needed to create a narrative that would transport us into his odd, quirky, and silly world. Lew's unique perspective on dumpster diving and ability to connect the dots made him a fascinating character. Through him, we explore themes of privacy, waste, and the stories we leave behind. "Dumpster Archaeology" is an exploration of the human experience and a celebration of curiosity. It encourages us to open the lid, take a peek within ourselves, and reflect on what we leave behind.”
