“It All Comes Back to Adobe” By Parker Foster & Levi Arnold

Synopsis

Adobe is one of the oldest building materials known to humanity - comprised of dirt and water, it is cheap and accessible to all. In Marfa, Texas, adobe housing has become popular amongst wealthy vacationers and retirees. In turn, the county have drastically raised property taxes and appraisals, pushing out Marfa’s residents. Sandro Canovas, a Marfa resident, seeks to bring an end to this injustice.
