In near future 2028, a mesmerizing seemingly-sentient bubble appears in the sky, emitting pulsations of energy and a mysterious mist that encapsulates the planet and plunges humanity into a psychedelic journey, while simultaneously disabling all electronics, akin to a massive EMP.

‘Pulse’ chronicles humanity’s 10-day (10-episode) climb to peak effect halfway through their journey and return to baseline by the 10th day. Amid the upheaval, Luka—a mid-30s man grappling with deep- seated pain, finds himself navigating a deteriorating long-term relationship while unexpectedly rising to the helm of a global revolutionary movement. As traditional power structures falter, the old guard struggles to maintain the status quo, and an underground group of self-proclaimed truth-seekers seize an opportunity to reshape the world.

 As the transformative effects of the ‘Pulse’ begin to wane, it becomes clear: the old ways are irreversibly altered. Future seasons explore the rebirth of society, focusing on personal enlightenment, societal upheaval, and the pursuit of a harmonious future. This series offers a glimpse of humanity’s potential, contained in moments of profound chaos, infused with dark humor, and punctuated with flashes of global utopia.
