“Amor- AEREA” by Andrea Casaseca

Beyond the Short Official Premiere

A boy has doubts in their relationship and not because of her, but because of himself and what he may be feeling about one of his friends.

FROM THE DIRECTOR

“The first time I heard the song "LOVE," I fell in love with it. It was like a crush. I quickly felt the urge to create visuals for this amazing song by AEREA.

So, I contacted them with my small proposal.

I had a fictional story with three main characters, centered around the theme of love (AMOR). From the moment I heard the song, I knew it would perfectly complement my story. AEREA agreed to my proposal, and then I began searching for the main actors and locations. Fortunately, I found three extraordinary actors who fit the characters I had in mind. They were very kind and supportive, helping us with the production to make the story as believable and authentic as possible. We filmed the entire story in just one day. It was challenging since we were a small crew and the heat was unbearable, but we knew the final result would be worth it.

This story revolves around relationships and explores the fine line between love and friendship, often leaving us questioning our true feelings for someone. It's a universal experience we've all been through at some point.

A story where the eyes never lie.

The incredible thing about this story is that each person who watches it feels it differently. Some empathize with heartbreak, others with a sense of helplessness, and others with feelings of jealousy. For me, the most important is give voice to the true emotions that can transcend through the film.”
