“Gravity” by Jorden Lee
Despite Sean Leon's best efforts of staying on the course of his own life, there is an ever apparent void which neither family, friends, or music can fulfill. Much like gravity, we never see this void, rather only feel its presence in Sean's demeanour. The weight of this new found reality hangs over him like a heavy cloud and though he's present, his mind wanders.
This film is poetic, pensive, and thought-provoking, playing with visual themes alluding to weight, absence, and grief. Each was carefully crated and explored the duality of the inner turmoil he faces while continuing to be present for the people that need him most.
