“This marks my fourth collaboration with the award winning songwriter Patrik Kabongo. As we continue working together, our goal is always to uplift each other and surpass the quality, meaning, and approach of our previous projects.
For his song 'Northface,' Patrik and I mutually agreed on a concept that symbolizes the emotional defences people build to protect themselves after experiencing hardship, as the lyrics convey the importance of navigating through those barriers to move forward in life.
We chose black and white imagery to create a powerful and profound understanding of the meaning behind each shot, symbolizing the gray and white landscape of an urban winter as it also represents the North Face—a culturally celebrated coat for the colder months.”
