“Tomber des nues” by Natalia Duguay & Brokenwood

Love is ever-evolving, reshaping itself and those it touches daily. We grow, change, and often take different paths from those around us. The end of a romantic relationship is simply love transforming into something new, hopefully becoming something better for everyone. From this transformative moment, our collective recollections can be altered. The echoes of a relationship become the impressions of individuals. The same moment, but a different taste of the past for each person. Through time, what is left of “us” may become just a faded dream.

FROM THE DIRECTOR

“The creation of this project stems from a sense of nostalgia for a past romance. Not a love we wish to rekindle, but one we are happy to have experienced and even more grateful knowing it still exists, just in a different form.”
