“Enough” by Corrin Evans

Jules (Maddie McGuire) and Victor (Michael Konti) take a step into the unknown together, pursuing Jules' taboo consensual-non-consent fantasy. Everything goes well until Victor asks for the roles to be reversed.

FROM THE DIRECTOR

“Shot over the course of one night in true indie spirit, ENOUGH was a labor of love. A lot of my work as a filmmaker is focused on shadow integration: a Jungian concept that involves bringing subconscious aspects of self into the light of the conscious mind. ENOUGH centers on the fulfillment of a long held consensual-non-consent fantasy: the type of fantasy that can be incredibly taboo to admit to your partner, let alone yourself. For the ending, I wanted to give the film a second twist, and I'm always keen on exploring a worst case scenario. There's a sweetness in painful endings. To me they've always felt more reflective of real life. ENOUGH is not a warning against this kind of play, it is merely an exploration of an intense spectrum of feeling.”
